I have proudly called the Yuba Sutter Area "home" for over fifty years.  It's a great place to live, just forty-five minutes north of Sacramento with affordable housing and inviting neighborhoods for the professional still longing for a small community feel with an easy daily commute to work. 

With a varied business background, I have been a licensed Real Estate Professional for over fifteen years with specialized training in distressed property sales, and obtained a degree in counseling with a minor in business administration.

My husband Craig and I have been married for forty-six years and have three amazing grown children and ten 'exceptional" grandchildren! 

I believe building a fiduciary relationship of trust and  always looking out for the best interest of my clients is crucial to building a successful Real Estate business.  My  strong organizational skills and intentional forthrightness will give you a sense of confidence and security as I take you through the Real Estate process step by step, while at the same time keeping in mind your desires and dreams.
